The operation norms of the advanced infant comprehensive first aid training manikin are designed to help trainees master the first aid skills for newborns and infants, ensuring that the training is scientific, safe and effective. Before operation, it is necessary to check that the simulation maniac is in good condition as a whole, confirm that the airway is unobstructed, the power supply is sufficient and all physiological feedback functions are normal. At the same time, necessary training equipment should be prepared, such as tracheal intubation, artificial respiration balloon, syringe and monitoring equipment.
At the beginning of the training, trainees need to first assess the consciousness, breathing and heartbeat of the "child patient", and follow the emergency procedures to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation, including external chest compressions, artificial respiration and necessary airway management. Chest compressions should be carried out at an appropriate position and depth (about one-third of the posterior diameter of the chest), maintaining a uniform rhythm. During each operation, observe the changes in heart rate and breathing displayed by the feedback system of the simulation manikin. ,
Airway management operations should be gentle to avoid injury. At the same time, mouth-to-mouth or balloon ventilation training can be conducted. During the training process, the principles of sterility and safety should be followed. After the operation is completed, the simulation manikins should be cleaned, disinfected and reset to ensure the effectiveness of the next training. Through repeated standardized operations, trainees can master the core skills, clinical judgment and emergency response capabilities of infant first aid proficiently, providing reliable support for actual clinical care.
